Small businesses play an incredibly important role in our society. Up and down the country, small businesses are achieving amazing things, often taking great risks to do so. Whatever prosperity the future may hold for the UK, much of it will be built on the backs of the small business community.
For many small business, support from the wider small business community has played a key role in their ongoing survival and success. The Small Business Brainery intends to facilitate that support.
The aim of the Small Business Brainery is to provide a platform for collecting and sharing knowledge and advice for the UK Small Business Community.
Who am I
My name is David Ross, and I’m a passionate advocate for the small business community. My wife and I both went freelance at the end of 2017. My wife is a self-employed illustrator while I am a freelance WordPress Specialist.
In those important early years, the support we received from other small business owners was invaluable. I can honestly say I don’t think I would still be self employed had it not been for them. In a sense, this website is our way of paying that help forward.
